He was predeceased by: his wife Sharon Carrier (Hazlet); his parents, John Carrier and Gertrude Carrier; his children, Michael Carrier and Rose Marie Carrier; and his siblings, Shirley O'Brian, Mona Carrier, Ernestine Hayes, Carmella Comeau, Raymond Carrier, Stewart Carrier and Preston Carrier.
He is survived by: his children, Leon Jr. "Rocky" Carrier, Greg Carrier (Teresa) and Wendy-Lynn Cail (Peter); and his sister Eva Lavigne (Nelson). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
