He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jeanne Savoie (Thériault) of Baie Ste and Grégoire Savoie; his children, Lucie Hachey of Bathurst, NB, Marco Savoie (Kim) of Miramichi, NB and Mélanie Hachey (Robin) of Robertville, NB; his siblings, Elzéa Manuel (Adrien) of Baie Ste, Patrice (Brenda) of Baie Ste, Fred (Arlene) of Baie Ste, Michel (Pauline) of Aldouane, NB and Luc (Paulette) of Pointe-Sapin, NB; his grandchildren, Max Hachey, Lexie Hachey, Gregory Savoie, Emilie Savoie, Kaleb Hachey and Éllie Hachey; his great grandchildren, Aubrey Savoie, Briar Savoie, Ivy Irving and Sky McKay; the mother of his children Hélène Brown of Bathurst, NB.; and his brother Yves.
