He was predeceased by: his spouse Marie Pelletier; his parent Joseph A.; and his siblings, Leda Dionne, Anne Desjardins, Levite Daigle, Nil Daigle, Donat Daigle, Leo Daigle and Pius Daigle.

He is survived by: his parent Marie Daigle (Theriault); his children, Jean-Louis (Anne Church) of St-Jean, Francine Daigle-Godbout (Real Theriault) of Drummond, Prescille Cyr (Roger) of Saint-Basile, Zenon (Lorraine Page), Fabien (Carole), Mario (Jackie) of Drummond, Lucie Glazer (Dave Bellefleur) and Celine Senechal (Mark) of Saint-Andre; his siblings, Therese Levesque (Frank) of St-Jean, Benoit (Jeannine) of Campbellton, Aline Dube (Paul) of Bathurst and Ronald; and his sisters-in-law, Dorothee (late Levite) of Quebec, Lily (late Nil) of Rothesay and Marie-Anne (late Leo) of Grand Falls. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren.
