He was predeceased by: his parents, Aurèle Godbout and Eva Godbout (Thériault); and his siblings, O'Nil (late Isabelle), Raoul (late Mabel), Gaëtan, Alexandre (late Aline), Laurier (late Dorina), Carmelle Desjardins (late Onil), Céline Pelletier (late Louis-Marie) and Lorraine Cloutier (late Roger).
He is survived by: his children, Marjolaine Godbout (Stéphane Beausoleil) of St-Mathias and Laurien Godbout; his grandson Félix Beausoleil; and his siblings, Armand Godbout (late Léonie) of Drummond, Anne Pelletier (late Gérard), Lauria Godbout and Lucille Mills (late Eldon) of Drummond. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
