He was predeceased by: his parents, Elise Prior (Martel) and Jean-Paul Proulx Sr. Prior; and his sister Lise Ouellette. He is survived by: his siblings, Francine Proulx (Gilles Dupuis) of Ville, Fulford, Suzanne Proulx, Nicole Proulx Dallaire (Gabriel) of Kingston, Andrée Beckwith (Barry) of Halifax, NS and Jean-Paul Proulx Jr. (Paryse) of Grand Falls; his brother-in-law Yves Ouellette (late Lise) of Trois-Rivières; and his nieces and nephews, Julie, Josée, Marco, Mylène, Brad, Scott, Rico and Karyne.
