He was predeceased by: his parents, Etienne Michaud and Laurette Michaud (Hébert); and his siblings, Florence Bourgoin (late Mederic), Marianne Boudreau (late Bert), Noël (Diane), Lina (Bertin Theriault) of Hamilton and Ronald (Samantha) of Hamilton, Ontario..

He is survived by: his wife Venette Bourgoin; his children, Marcel (Rachel), Carole Côté (Danny) of Drummond, Danny (Nancy) and Steven (Carla) of Kingston; his grandchildren, Kevin, Kenny, Jessy, Joey, Nathan and Riley; his great grandchildren, Lukas, Maxandre, Annabelle, Johnny and Juliette; his brothers, Reggie (Patsy) and Adrien (Danielle) of Drummond; and his siblings-in-law, Diane (late Noël), Samantha (late Ronald) and Bertin Theriault (late Lina). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
