He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Downey and Kathleen Downey (Muxworthy). He is survived by: his wife Lulua Bell; his sons, Robert, Peter, Tony, Raymond and Lawrence; his siblings, Geraldine and Fred; his children, Doug Downey (Rebecca) and Amanda Murphy (Butch); his grandchildren, Bryson, Brayden, Mariah, Ajsha, John and Jamis; his great grandchildren, Octavia and Harper; and his brother James Downey (Monica). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
