He was predeceased by: his wife Cindy Boomer Pickard; his father Peter Pickard; and his brothers, Kevin Pickard and Neil Pickard. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Pickard (Sullivan); his son Bradley (Stephanie); his grandsons, Brandon, Liam and Alan; and his siblings, Charmagne Brooks (Robert), Peter Pickard (Nancy), Brian Pickard (Yvonne), Bobby Pickard (Kim), Don Pickard (Shirley), Mark Pickard, Keith Pickard, Tom Pickard and Shawn Pickard (Sandra). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19 there will be no public visitation or funeral.
