It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Doug Peterson of Douglas, New Brunswick, born in Pictou, Nova Scotia, who passed away on June 30, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Borge Peterson and Katherine Margaret Smith (Peterson); and his siblings, Margot Peterson, William Peterson (Billy), Carl Peterson (late Joyce) and Cash.
He is survived by: his wife Florence Isabel Peterson (Works); his children, Mark Peterson (Amber Burgess) of Fredericton, NB, Christina Peterson (Kirk Dicks) and Heather Marie Wilkinson-Peterson (Albert) of New Glasgow, NS; his siblings, Shirley MacLeod (late Harold) of Greenhill, NS, Heather MacFarlane of Fredericton, NB, Lois Lynch of Winnipeg, MB and David Peterson (Wanda) of Waasis, NB; and his pets, Cali, Pepper and Star. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
