She was predeceased by: her parents, Smith Rakestraw and Lucille Rakestraw (Knaak). She is survived by: her husband Eugene; her sons, Douglas, Gregory (Wendy) and Derek (Serena); her grandchildren, Elizabeth McLean (Isaac), Emma, Ben, Olivia and Abbie; and her great grandchild Winston McLean.
