With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Douglas Alexander Albert Campbell of Doaktown, New Brunswick, born in Blackville, New Brunswick, who passed away on September 10, 2023 at the age of 88. He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Campbell (Beaton); his parents, Hugh McDougall Campbell and Eva Eunice Campbell (Curtis); his son Donald Campbell; and his siblings, Greta Stewart, Ellen, Mary Donahue and Thomas Campbell.

He is survived by: his sons, Lorne Campbell (Carma) and Ashley Campbell (Jodi); his daughter-in-law Connie Campbell; and his grandchildren, Jeremy Campbell (Melissa) of Woodstock, NB, Jacquelyn Stephenson (Aaron) of New Maryland, NB, Jonathan Campbell (William) of Saint John, NB, Laura Greer (Phillip) of Saint John, NB, Joey Claridge of Doaktown, NB, Hilary Campbell of Charters Settlement, NB, Morgan Spivey (Ryan) of Kentucky, USA and Cole Campbell of New Maryland, NB. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
