He is survived by: his siblings, Edward, Betty (Ove), Eleanor, Sharon (Merville) and Joanne; his children, Nick Gaston (Stephanie), Geoff Hamilton (Meghan) and Cynthia Hamilton (Jason Malcolm); and his grandchildren, Darian, Brayden, Shawn, Kolton, Max and Shea.

In memory of Bev, in lieu of flowers; donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, or to Crohn's and Colitis Canada would be appreciated by his family.
