He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph-Antoine Bélanger and Laurette Côté; and his wife Claire Robichaud. He is survived by: his siblings, Paulette Thibodeau (Normand) of Edmundston and Denyse Bélanger-Dow (Stephen) of Markham, ON.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.
