He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred and Léa; his wife Gertrude; his son Armand; and his siblings, Rhéaldine (Francis) and Pierre (Jeannine).

He is survived by: his daughters, Jeannine, Dorice Blaquiere (Charles), Aline and Denise; his grandchildren, Natalie, Shawn, Mathieu and Rachelle; his great grandchildren, Isabelle and Paisley; and his siblings, Alfreda (Alfred), Bernice (Paul), Marie-Louise (Edgar), Diane (late Yvon), Paul (Jeannette), Rhéal (late Pam) and Roger (Jeanne-Mance). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Donations to the CHU Dumont Foundation "Palliative Care" would be appreciated by the family.
