It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louis Babineau of Dieppe, New Brunswick, born in Rogersville, New Brunswick, who passed away on September 7, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jaddus Babineau and Ida Babineau (Arseneau); his former wife Jeanne; his daughter Nadine; his stepson Fernand; and his siblings, Stella Gallant (Ernest) and Léo.

He is survived by: his wife Rolande Basque; his stepsons, Robert Basque (Anne Poirier) of Cap-Bimet, René Basque (Donna Gauthier) of Riverview and Jean Basque (Jasmine DeRoy) of Gatineau, QC; his siblings, Geneviève "Geneva" of Rogersville, Yvonne Roussel (late Côme) of Tracadie, David (Claire) of Bouctouche, Gérald of Saint John and Guy of Toronto, ON; and his brothers-in-law, Edmond Caissie (Gladys) of Rogersville and Vincent Caissie (Louina) of Moncton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
