He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferdinand LeBlanc and Florina LeBlanc (Gallant); his wife Patricia LeBlanc (Gaudet); and his siblings, Robert, Rita (late Jim Nave) and Elta (late Louis Landry).

He is survived by: his children, Colette (Paul Fortier), Marc and Charles; his grandchildren, Guillaume, Alexis Fortier, Marc-André (Stéphanie Luce), Marie-Josée (Mathieu Hébert), Zoé and Zacharie LeBlanc; his great grandchildren, Léo and Marguerite Fortier; and his niece Maria Allain (Léo-Jean). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, sisters and brothers-in-law.

Masks are required and social distancing will be mandatory.

Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
