He was predeceased by: his parent Léo Bourgeois; his former wives, Jessie May and Claudia; his stepson Francis Cormier; his brothers, Blair and Francis; and also Smith.
He is survived by: his parent Mai Bourgeois (Belliveau); his daughters, Debbie Lavigne (James) of Moncton and Patricia LeBlanc (Roy) of Toronto, ON; his grandchildren, Jessica, Jason, Kevin and Jennifer; his great grandchildren, Jade, Jackson, Liam and Peyton; and his sister Marguerite Bourgeois of Riverview. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
