He was predeceased by: his parents, Omer Goguen and Edmée Goguen (Caissie); his sister Rolande (late Léo-Paul Landry); and his siblings-in-law, Germaine (late Guy Boucher) and Valmond Léger.
He is survived by: his wife Marguerite; his sons, Serge (Claudine) of Dieppe and Gilles (Donna) of Grande-Digue; his grandchildren, Josée, Martin, André, Justin and Jacob; his siblings, Gilberte LeBlanc (Aris) of Cocagne, Gilles (late Fernande "Fern") of Dieppe, Roland (Phyllis) of Dieppe and Bertrand (Irène) of Moncton; his siblings-in-law, Angela Léger (Paul-Émile), Jeannine Savoie (late Agapit) and Antoine Léger (Hortance); and his close friends, Elizabeth, Claudette, Brenda and Ronald. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
In memory of Bernard, a contribution to the Friends of the Moncton Hospital (Cardiology unit) would be appreciated by the family.
