We are sad to announce that on July 31, 2018, Joan Freda Steeves (Colpitts Settlement, New Brunswick), born in Moncton, New Brunswick passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parent Charles Alward; her son Ronald; and her brothers, Raymond, Clinton, William, Wayne and David.

She is survived by: her parent Cynthie Alward (Blakney); her son Kevin Steeves (Heather); her grandchildren, Michael Steeves (Mary), Ashley Steeves, Matthew Steeves and Julie Barrieau; her siblings, Elizabeth Gallant (Betty) and Roger Alward; and her friend Betty Arsenault. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
