Amber Christina Keirstead Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Amber Christina Keirstead (Coles Island, New Brunswick), born in Sussex, New Brunswick, who passed away on October 19, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Kierstead and Beatrice Kierstead (Fairweather); her son Jordan Hovey; her brother David; her brother-in-law Frank Jones; her nephews, John Newman-Jones and Frank Edward Jones; and her great-niece Jessica Newman Jones.

She is survived by: her husband Wendell Hansen; her stepchild Shelley (Allan); her son Stephen (Andrea); her siblings, Judy Jones, Connie Newman-Jones, Mavis Carpenter (Eldon), Sharon McCumber (John), Karen Morton (Harold), Dawn Kierstead and Gerry; and also, Dan and Mike Mulligan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and by multiple fur babies.
