He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Mills and Irma Mills; his wife Carolyn Mills; his grandson Riley Mills; and his brother-in-law Blair Grant.
He is survived by: his sons, Tony Mills (Tania Brewer) and Andrew Mills; his siblings, Brenda Grant and Deane Mills (Sally); his grandchildren, Tanner Mills and Ashley Cronkhite; his stepdaughters, Shelley Foster (Rodney) and Beth Varney; and his stepgrandsons, Sam Foster, Wyatt Tompkins and Coy Tompkins.
