He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Nevers and Margaret Nevers (Swim); his wife Marcine Nevers (Clark); his son Dale Nevers; his stepmother Jean Nevers; his half-sister Clara Brewster (Gordon); and his siblings, Harold Nevers, Fred Nevers (Eileen) and Joyce Fogerty (Gerry).
He is survived by: his daughter Debi Nevers (Chris DeMerchant); his grandchildren, Samantha Rees (Courtney Harrison) and Dustin Rees; his great grandchild Aubrey Harrison; his brothers, David Nevers (Pat), Ray Nevers (Cathy McLeod), Arthur Nevers, Robert Nevers (Kathy) and Granville Nevers (Jackie Hathaway); and his sister-in-law Winnifred Nevers. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
