He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Roberts and Ruth Roberts (Charters); his former wife Muriel; his great grandchild Malakia; and his nieces, Carolyn Thompson and Wanda Lee Roberts.

He is survived by: his wife Dianne Roberts (Sorenson) of Cocagne; his daughter Louise Roberts of Moncton; his stepdaughter Rhonda McCoy (Willie) of Harvey; his sons, Paul Roberts (Nicki) of Salisbury and Daniel Roberts of Moncton; and his brother-in-law Vance Symes of Fords Mills. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
