He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Dionne and Agnes Dionne (Nadeau); his son Stephen Dionne; and his siblings, Leola Ouellette, Edna Babin, Anne Kendall, Aline Dionne, Charlie and Geno.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Amo of Redfield, Dorrine Smith of Lacona, Peter Dionne of Parish and Brian Dionne (Michon) of Utica; his siblings, Leona Dionne of Clair, NB, Leonard Dionne of Edmunston, NB, Leon Dionne of Clair, NB and Carmel Dionne of Clair, NB; and his grandchildren, Stephen, Sierra, Zackary, Darius, Ethan and Chantel.
