He was predeceased by: his parents, Hughie Hoar and Ella Hoar (Crossman). He is survived by: his close friend Cindy Kennedy; his children, Dwayne (Laura Smith), Kimberly Teakles (Brodie) and Kerri Foran (Matthew); and his sisters, Sharon Tayes (Danny), Carol Tobin (Tommy) and Donna Frechette (Darren). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
