He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Fowler and Serena Fowler (Trainer); his son Eldon Fowler; and his siblings, Gordon Fowler, Doris Kuskie, Glady Cook and Nancy Garnett.
He is survived by: his son John Fowler (Teresa); his grandchildren, Jacob, Zachary, William, Carson and Kaleigh Kynock; and his great grandchildren, Izaack and Kade. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many wonderful friends.
