She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Lawrence Boyd; her husband Bruce; her children, Mackenzie and Matthew; her mother Carol Boyd (McInnis); her mother-in-law Elaine (Sherwood Good); her siblings, Derwin (Twila), David Boyd, Carla Boyd (Todd Puch) and Andrea Boyd; her siblings-in-law, Nancy Hodnett (James), Myles Good (Colleen) and Neil Good (Andrea); and her nieces and nephews, Keon, Shanelle Day, Jordan, Brett, Trevor Hodnett, Acasha Knowles, Ella Good, Aiden Good, Leslie, Duncan and Taylor.

Donations in memory of Kyla made to the Hospice House Fredericton or the 'Feed the Lions' program at Leo Hayes High School would be appreciated by the family.
