She was predeceased by: her husband Brenton; her siblings, Lumina, Margaret, Claire, Edmund and Joseph; and her parents, Clarence Deon and Mildred (Cormier).

She is survived by: her children, Karen Malone (Beverly) and Keith Sampson; her grandchildren, Samantha (Ian) and Kali Risteen (Brady); her great grandchildren, Lucas and Leah; and her sisters, Rose Paiero and Shirley Rogers. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
