He is survived by: his son Robert Bolton (Lisa); his grandsons, Dominick Bolton (Shai), Marco and Liam Bolton; his daughter Jennifer Crichton (Carey); his granddaughters, Josephine and Maria; his siblings, Ronald Bolton (Gina) and Lori Keys (Scott); his siblings-in-law, Gavin Barrowman, Mary Pugh and Charles Pugh (Anne); his nieces and nephews, Angela (Ken), Donna (Dan), Melanie (Derek), Ashley (Eric), Melissa (Kevin), Stephanie (Sam), Carolyn (Rod), Chris (Crystal), James, John (Heather) and Glen (Jackie); his spouse Robert; his caregivers, Karen, Stephanie and Paola; and also, Keanu, Kai Bolton, Laine and Keaton.
