He is survived by: his children, Kathy Donaldson, Heather Whur (Jamie), Greg Best (Kelly) and James Best (Morgan Jardine); his sister Ferne Best; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Donaldson, Kelsey, Adam Best, Kayla, Keenan Fraser, Abbi, Zander, Madison and Rachel Best; and his great grandchildren, Lilly and Lucy Bonnell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
