It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Franklin Packer (Chipman, New Brunswick), born in Libau, Manitoba, who passed away on December 8, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert David and Irene Packer. He is survived by: his wife Donna Packer (Fulton); his children, Susan Jackson (Mike), Leslie Dagg (Les), Janet Basoni (Bruno), Melissa Hicks and Sean Packer; his stepchildren, Wade Pangburn (Mona), Michelle Hatfield (Jeff) and David Bishop; and his sisters, Joyce McCrae and Ardith Basham. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, several grandchildren.
