He was predeceased by: his mother Rose Smith; his brother John; his uncle Burns Smith; and his brother-in-law Harry Barton. He is survived by: his siblings, Hollis McNeill (Peggy) of Chipman, Beverly Smith (Linda) of Minto, Greg Smith (Carol) of Minto and Lynn Barton (Harry); his niece Rosalie; and his sister-in-law Donna (Patsy). He is also survived by many extended family, nieces and nephews.
