He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Trecartin and Daisy Trecartin; his siblings, Lewis Trecartin, Hayden Trecartin, Harold Trecartin, Maudie Swim (Teddy), Freda McLaren (Donnie), Beatrice McIntyre (Billy), Myrtle Ogden (Benny), Juanita Braniff (Jerry) and Martha Johnson (Buster); and his brothers-in-law, Maurice MacKenzie and Leigh Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Lorna Jones of Centreville; his children, Debbie Murray (Bobby) of Bedell, Dalton Trecartin of Bedell, Dixie Hallett (Brian) of Lansdowne and Darren Trecartin (Cheryl) of Hartland; his grandchildren, Taylor McLellan (Josh), Brandon Treadwell (Ashley), Chad Hallett, Lance Hallett, Nicholas Trecartin (Lacey Clark), Keegan Trecartin, Logan Trecartin, Mollee Trecartin and Kadee Trecartin; his great grandchildren, Addie Treadwell-Hinks, Leighton Treadwell, Zander Hallett, Chloe Hallett, Brianna Hallett, Oliver Trecartin, Sophia Trecartin and Merit Trecartin; his siblings, Anna Mackenzie, Nellie Smith and Arthur Robinson (Marilyn); and his sister-in-law Ferne Trecartin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
