He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence DeMerchant and Edna DeMerchant; and his sister Connie DeMerchant. He is survived by: his aunts, Clarece Green and Ellen Taylor (Robert); his uncle Richard DeMerchant (Jackie); and his cousins, Cindy Campbell (John), Donna MacLean (Shawn), Camile Markey (Paul), Rachel Taylor, Darren Taylor, Charlotte DeMerchant and Selena Emery (Dave).
