It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Velma Luella Aubin (Central Blissville, New Brunswick), who passed away on December 14, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sadie Nason (Blackmore) and George Nason; her spouse Dale Aubin; and her siblings, Rose Kelly, Marjorie Alexander, Stuart, Francis and Byron Nason.
She is survived by: her children, Teena MacDonald (Dick), Brenda Harris (James), Steven (Esther), Robert (Michelle), Gerry (Cindy) and Danny Aubin (Shanna); and her siblings, Doris Robison, Esther Woodworth (Ronnie), Stafford, Lester (Murielle), Randy (Annie) and Errol Nason (Dorothy). She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Sunbury Funeral Home (5407 NB-101, Central Blissville, NB E5L). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Gladstone Mission Church (4285 Heritage Dr, Tracy, NB E5L1B2).
The family would appreciate any donations in Velma's memory to Hospice Fredericton or the Gladstone Mission Church.
