He is survived by: his wife Judith Dixon (DeMerchant); his children, Amanda Schaefer (Darren) of Blue Springs, MO, Tiffany Eckstein (Steve) of St. Joseph, MO and Ward Dixon (Lisa) of Rothesay, NB; his grandchildren, Jacob, Megan, Cindy, Shyla, Aleena, Lucas, Alynne, Jonathan, Noah and Samuel; his great grandchildren, Jayson, Brooke, Bruce, Harvey and Reese; and his sister Rhonda Shaw (Claude) of Milford, ON..
