He was predeceased by: his parents, George Ralph Hawkins and Hazel Ruth Morin; and his siblings, Diana Melnick (Ron Melnick) and Gary Hawkins (Nathalie Hawkins). He is survived by: his spouse Cécilia Punzalan Hawkins of Acadieville; his son Shenan Hawkins; and his sister Sherry Thompson (Sean Thompson). He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
