Léonard Goguen Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Léonard Goguen of Cap-Pele, New Brunswick, who passed away on December 13, 2024. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Léonard Goguen to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thaddée Goguen and Prémilia Goguen (Babineau); his former wife Réjeanne Goguen (Melanson); his stepdaughter Jacinthe Melanson; and his sisters, Irène Bourque, Thérèse Arsenault, Jeannine LeBlanc, Lorraine Durepos and Aline Olver.
He is survived by: his daughter Janice Goguen-LeBlanc (Aubrey Jr.) of Grande-Digue; his grandson Jérémy (Mathieu); his wife Camilla Melanson; his stepchildren, Aurella Cormier (late Ken) of Moncton, Raymond (Joyce) of Cap-Pelé, Magella Melanson of Shediac, Janice Doiron (Kenneth) of Rimbey, Alberta, Monique Duguay (Norbert) of Shemogue and Carole Saulnier (Danny) of Grand-Barachois; and his siblings, Loretta LeBlanc (Clarence) of Grand-Barachois, Valmont (Florine) of Cap-Pelé and Roméo (Irène) of St-André. He is also survived by several nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Centre Funéraire Frenette Funeral Centre (2642 Acadie Rd, Cap-Pelé, NB E4N1E4). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Église Ste-Thérèse-D'Avila R. C. Church (2648 Acadie Rd, Cap-Pelé, NB E4N1E4).
