Irene Lounsbury Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Irene Lounsbury of Canterbury, New Brunswick, born in Wheaton Settlement, New Brunswick, who passed away on October 28, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest McMackin and Viola McMackin (Branscombe); her husband Elwyn (Bud); and her siblings, Blanche Alward (Nison), Bliss and Edwin McMackin.

She is survived by: her son Allan; her grandchildren, Alison (Jesse) and Cory (Brooklyn); and also Tanya. She is also survived by her brothers and sisters in law, and several nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions a private family service was held Sunday, October 31.

If desired, memorials to the First North River Baptist Church Building Fund or a charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.
