With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Roseanna Borthwick (Canal, New Brunswick), born in Pocologan, New Brunswick, who passed away on April 10, 2020 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Burton Vance Borthwick of Canal, NB; her parents, Victor Leavitt and Marie Leavitt (Oliver); and her sister Olive Quigley. She is survived by: her sons, Burton Jr. Borthwick (Rosalie) of Canal, NB and William Borthwick (Deborah) of Canal, NB; her grandchildren, Jonah, Taylor and Tyler; her great grandchild Harper; and her siblings, Alice Leavitt (Keith), Charles Leavitt (Janet), Lorna Olsson (Hazen), Blanche Borthwick (Alfie), Theresa Hooper, Redmond Leavitt, Lorne Leavitt (Joan), Edna Smith and Allan Leavitt (Ann). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer's Society in Mary's memory would be greatly appreciated by the family. Burial Location St. George Rural Cemetery, St. George NBRequested Charity Alzheimer's Society.
