With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Linda Jane Thurston of Canal, New Brunswick, born in Forestville, Québec, who passed away on January 15, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Bessey and Amy. She is survived by: her husband William "Bill"; her children, Amy (Terry Bastarache) of Amherst, NS and Brett of Back Bay, NB; her granddaughters, Marissa and Olivia; her stepgrandson Jake; her brothers, Peter (Mary Jane), Brian (Brenda), Ronald (Leona), David (Angela) and John Swinden (Jan); her brothers-in-law, David Williams (Joan), Donald Thurston (Cathy) and Byron Thurston (Cindy); and her close friends, Nicki, Pat, Pam and Carolyn. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and special cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Linda's memory may be made to the MS Society of Canada.
