He was predeceased by: his parents, Mathias Arseneau and Lydia LeBlanc; and his siblings, Raymond, Paul, Rene, Irene and Kathleen.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanne (Vienneau); and his children, Michael, Kathleen and Karen. He is also survived by three granddaughters and seven great-grandchildren.
