She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Blais and Eliza Blais (LeBlanc); her sisters, Isabelle and Donna; and her niece Angela.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jacqueline Marie Blais (Josh), Samantha Lyn Blais and Payten Alyxandria Blais; her grandchildren, Ava, Xena, Scarlett, Wyatt, Dyson and Brantley; and her siblings, Joanne (Andrew), Kenneth (Mildred), Raymond, Joseph (Crystal), Michael and Deborah (Lawrence). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
