He is survived by: his mother Thelma Barrett Hogan; his wife Dale; his children, Josh (Kristal) and Ryan; his sisters, Debbie Palmer (Carl) and Lyn Bridges (Gerry); and his pets, Rocket and Taz. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles.
