It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joyce Elizabeth (Rasmussen) Wright (Campbellton, New Brunswick), born in New Denmark, New Brunswick, who passed away on April 13, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Rasmussen and Eunice Rasmussen (Jensen); and her friend George Williamson. She is survived by: her children, Kelly Douthwright (Steven) of Tide Head, Kevin (Heidi) of Fredericton, Kyle of Fredericton and Danny (Sharon) of Saint John; her siblings, Ralph Rasmussen of Salisbury, Howard of New Denmark, Marilyn Andersen (Barry) of Moncton, Darlene Goodine (Gerald) of Sisson Ridge and Lorna (Benny) of New Maryland; her grandchildren, Ashley (Oliver), Caylin, Megan, Adam, Alex, Jordan (Brittany) and Tomas; and her great grandchildren, Ben, Charlotte and Abigail. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
