He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret MacBeth and Howard Oliver; and his wife Lorraine Oliver. He is survived by: his children, Helen Fullarton (Kip) of Fredericton, Michael Oliver (Dianne Arseneault) of McLeods and Isabel McOnie (Ken) of Halifax; his grandchildren, Luke, Madeleine, Matthew and Connor McOnie of Halifax; and his siblings, Frances Kennedy and Melvin Oliver of New Glasgow, NS. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
