He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Willy" Adams and Violet Adams (Carmichael); his former wife Bertha Adams (Pollock); his son Bruce; and his siblings, Nancy, Mertice, Veda, Ron, Alec and Cam.
He is survived by: his sons, William "Bill" (Suzanne) of Fredericton, N. B., Keith (Sylvia) and P. Q.; his granddaughter Alexandra Fredericton (Kevin); and his great grandchildren, Parker and Cole of Fredericton, N. B.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
