He is survived by: his wife Gwen Cook (Delaney); his sons, Trevor (Jennifer) of Minneapolis, Minnesota, Tyson (Mepla) of Ottawa and Nathan (Kristen) of Boston, Massachusetts.; his grandchildren, Benjamin, Charlie, Alexa, Colin and Laila; and his siblings, Wayne, Gordie, Bonnie and Guy. He is also survived by his wife, his three sons, his 5 grandchildren and his daughters.
