He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Kinney and Pauline Kinney (Dee). He is survived by: his wife Edith Kinney (O'Leary); his children, Deidra Guitard (Rick) of Ontario, Bobbi-Jo Kinney of California Settlement, NB, Eugene Kinney Jr. (Cymantha) of Ontario, James Kinney (Natasha) of Ontario and Trevor Kinney (Allyson) of California Settlement, NB; and his siblings, Betty Lou Moore of Virginia, Connie Theriault of Grand Falls, NB, Denise Lagace (Mike) of California Settlement, NB, Melissa Butler (Eldon) of California Settlement, NB, Arthur Kinney (Colleen Howlett) of New Denmark, NB, Dale Kinney (Gail) of Virginia, Phillip Kinney of California Settlement, NB, Terry Kinney (Yolanda) of California Settlement, NB and George Kinney (Samantha) of Grand Falls, NB. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
