She was predeceased by: her parents, Stella Miller (Rogers) and Wilbert Miller; her husband Charles William "Billy" Neill; her granddaughter Krista May Hyatt; her son David Neill; and her siblings, Grace Millen and Henry Miller.
She is survived by: her sisters, Matilda Henry of Stewiacke, NS and Myrtle Pemberton (Ralph Donaldson) of Lantz, NS; and her siblings-in-law, Tim Millen of Etobicoke, ON and Joyce Miller of Stewiacke, NS. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations are encouraged to the Pine Grove Cemetery in Stewiacke, NS or a charity of the donor's choice.
